Hi Everyone I've been smoking for 25 years and i quit smoking on the 06/06/2016 and i haven't have craving for smoke since that time but it's very hard to give up smoking but i'm getting there and it's the best thing of my life.

    thank you. i feel so good today going to gym doing my workout everyday and i don't think about cigarettes they not my friends they are bad habit

    Hi Pamela, wow 10 days, that's fantastic. Your lungs will be clearer, as will your skin and you'll be feeling more energetic. Keep going, keep positive, it's obviously working, and the world's your oyster.
