3 Months!

Today I'm over three months free of smoking (I had planned to write this at exactly three months but life got in the way).

I never thought that I'd make it this long and it still feels surreal. I will have dreams where I am smoking and I wake up wondering if I've really even quit.

But I have, my clothes are cleaner, my teeth a whiter, my breath is fresh. Everyone loves this new me, my friends and colleagues who smoke point to me as a role model and my family tell me that they're proud. Its is the best thing I have done and I will do anything to make sure that I don't screw it up.

well done sounds like you are doing great and I think that's the right response to a smoking dream.

Well done, 3 months is a fantastic achievement. I've not had any smoking dreams yet but I have heard from others that they can be quite brutal until you wake. Stay strong

Congratulations on your 3 months, I have had a couple of those dreams to, generally after a real bad day, I wake up angry then realise it was just a dream. Stay vigilant, stay focused and again congratulations

Congrats to your 3 months clean. Yes the smell is certainly one thing you won't miss, so many positives already happening for you.
Kudos Gebstar! I'm 2/12 months so not far behind you and feeling and smelling as good as you!😋
