On a quest to detox and repair the damage

Half the struggle of staying smoke free is we are still detoxing and healing in so many ways. Mentally, physically and spiritually, clearing our energy fields , bring our body and minds back into alignment .

So my journey this week has been focused on detoxing. I've been drinking 3 tea pots of fresh ginger tea with turmeric, and 1/2 a lemon. Taking daily vitamins , removed all processed foods, eating foods high in antioxidants and magnesium. Drinking heaps of water. Also an hour of deep breathing meditation, and a good morning walk along the beach.

Feeling a whole lot of love for myself.!

Believe me, my life is no easy street, I have many struggles , stress ,anger and sadness.

But I'm not letting my sad story get in the way of who I truly am.

So the new me is on a mission. I may even attrack an awesome non Smoking Man in the future. Cheers to being Healthy non smokers! Wishing you all a,successful week ahead, one day at a time!

    geese make me feel bad I am eating fish and chips at 1 am , I have an excuse though I got the dentist tomorrow :)

    Hey dont knock good feed of Fish and Chips! Fish is good for you and chips are a vegetable !. Lol

    wow that's weird about the dentist , hope we both make it home :) no sure it will be fine !! I gotta get one out and so that's not fun but I will breathe right think its more my vanity as its a top front :(

    hope you are not as stressed as me, no smoke though and not thinking about one so good news :)

    yes chips are a vegetable LOL

    ok hope the dentist goes well :)
