7 Day Plan

I have a 7 day plan. I have weaned myself to less than ten cigarettes a day. The first day I start at six, the next day I only have five. I continue reducing by one cigarette each day until I have a smoke free day. This only takes seven days. If I flip out for any reason I can have the same amount as I had the day before but not more. I figure I can do it because it is a sustainable amount of time to make the effort for. I am on day four of my seven day plan.
