Good to hear you made that decision. Power to you. More power to you when you make that decision for yourself and by yourself. You can do it and no doubt you will. Remember to vent on this site and also to celebrate and announce your successes. The cravings you beat in the early days are the toughest but also the most rewarding. So you didn't think you could do it? Not so. You have just proved you can. Keep up the fight and report back.

Well done! We are going to be confronted with them, I have been avoiding people and situations involving them so far as I'm only 9days smoke free, but I do know I will have to venture out into that big wide world with smokes sometime soon. You showed great strength and willpower, you have inspired me, thank you and best of luck
