466 days Quit Smoking and beyond...

Hello my fellow quitters. Today I celebrate my 466 days without cigarettes, or smoking. It feels really awesome to be a non-smoker. I would like to say you can quit smoking if you really want to. I am happy that a lot of people are considering quitting smoking. This site helps people quit smoking, and stay motivated. My advice to people who are quitting, is stay on it, be persistent, most of all be in charge of your quit. Don't allow nicotine addiction takes over. You will be back smoking and miserable. Don't wait until you are sick before you quit. Quit now and enjoy a healthy life. Quitting smoking is the best thing you could do for yourself!! Peace!

Well done jojie and thank you for your posts. It is posts like these that helped me hang in there early on in my quit journey when I was finding it tough going. I am sure you have inspired more than me to keep going.

^ Was wondering about that too. Can anyone reach a point where they feel like they've never smoked in their entire life after quitting smoking?
