112 days today! I love my new life! No more going outside to freeze. I don t know what else to say other than I don t want to go back to being a smoker. I can breathe better, smell, taste. I glow with health! Yeah over $1400 which I did not spend! Just stay to the course don t doubt yourself just take one day at a time and just stay committed!

    Congratulations Stay Committed. You must be very proud. Thank you for your positive post. I myself have been smoke-free for 453 days, n its a beautiful life! I am proud of myself for not being a slave to nicotine. I will not smoke again, and hurt myself with poison nicotine. Its big difference between smoke-free and smoker. I want to be a non-smoker. My advice to quitters is, stay on your quit, create distractions for yourself, do however you can to quit smoking. Educate yourself about nicotine addiction.
