commit to quitting

tell someone you love you are going to quit, you feel you are letting them down every time you light up. I already have/had cancer & this time I told my son I'm trying to quit. I have been thru 8mths chemo, a huge op' and the 1st thing I did on leaving hospital was buy smokes, I KNOW I can go without from my stay in hospital so I guess I hope this will work, I want to give up - biggest hurdle,
