Hi all, I m on day 73 days smoke free! I focus everyday on 30 minutes of walking. I have never in all my life have ever progressed this far in exercising. When I get to a hill I purposely run up the hill. I have way more stamina. I am 55 yrs old and I smoked for over 40 yrs. I am so proud of myself for staying on track. My husband is still smoking and I am hoping, praying that I will set an example for him to quit too. Don't give up, you can do it!
