I quit a week ago and am managing better than I thought. I was smoking 8-10 a day for 22 years. Im loving how supporting this forum is and alot of you are truly amazing. Well done and thank you for sharing your stories. Its so good to know we are all in this together.
Im using the patches and the gum when I feel strong cravings. Im so thankful for NRT!
Im noticing Im feeling very tired. Is this normal? When did you notice the cravings to slow down?
