Day 2. I have replaced 4 darts and two cups of tea with breakfast with my daughter. Nicer way to start day.couldn't wait to bank another 27.81 into my savings. Done.day was good got heaps done and just kept checking my quit app .not really getting cravings more interested in cracking the next day so checked the app a fair bit and I was excited that I kept cracking the next hour and the next. Looked at non smokers and thought I want to be like you. They don't even think about a dart. That's a goal I want
