10 Months.....or 300 days smoke free today. WOOHOO!!!!
Today is my 10 months quit. I am very happy for quitting smoking, and no longer a slave to tobacco. Thank you to all the people who supported me on this site with my quit. Quitting cold turkey was a bit of challenge, but it is all worthy! The benefits of not smoking is awesome! To people who's trying to quit this awful habit, remember it's doable. It can be done if you really want to quit. Best wishes to all.

WELL DONE! I remember when we were both starting out and look at us now! I'm at 282 days now and it's just unthinkable that I did it.. and I bloody well did! Go you!!
Hi Bronte and BernieGee, thank you both for your great support, and inspiration ;). Quitting smoking takes a bit of worked, but with your support nothing can't be accomplished, that is why I remain in this site up to now. My family are good support as well, none of them smoke. I am married to a non smoker. He supported me up to this time, and his very happy for me. God bless, and more power to both of you!
