Here I go again

Posted in Quit experiences 24 Feb 2015

Well it's been eighteen months since I took up smoking and during that time I keep telling my self when the pressure and stress settle down I will try again.

Truth is its an excuse and I now realize that so come this Saturday I will be a non smoker again and I am also going to try hypnosis as an aid to give up smoking

Fingers crossed

once you quit , your stress and pressure will be settled down automatically. in quitting process majority of the success goes to your willpower. that only will study and search for the path of the success.

i have spoken to a few smokers recently, having started on a smoke free existence. They also speak of not being ready and i know all about that too well. They have cut down to 5 to 10 a day which is a good start, and the will to quit is there so the rest is strengthening that decision, make a good choice for yourself and give it a go, whats the worse thing that can happen hey? i had a huge cry on Tuesday night (day 5) - i thumped my bed and bawled.... there was so much sadness for what i have done to myself over these many years, its the pits, it requires effort but apart from that release/grief, i have felt very happy about breathing free. Give it a go for yourself and i hope you feel the benefits very soon - each day is a triumph to celebrate :)
