Posted in Staying quit 05 Jan 2015

I am not having a very good day today. Am I ready to give up my quit once again? That is the question. Ugh!

Thank you for the kind words, much appreciated. I made it through, still smoke free. It's a new day now....keep up the good work everyone. Thank you again!

Hi JDKeys, What has already been said is true just keep thinking of the reason you quit in the first place. If it is a strong enough reason and a reason for you not anyone else then you will stay strong, if not then on your next attempt you need a reason that you want to quit for you not for anyone else whether it be spouse, kids or friends. I truly believe the only time we are successful in life is when we are doing something for us not because someone else says we should.

Don't give up your quit, JDKeys. Remember all the reasons why you quit in the first place. It's just a bad day - if you have to go outside and scream and yell and kick something but don't give up. Tomorrow will be better.
