The physical nicotine craving only lasts up to 5 days the rest is the mental craving. I have quit using Easy Way nearly a week ago and this was the happiest decision of my life. I was crying when i put out my last smoke because i finally ws free from it! and I havent stopped smiling since! I smoked for 12 years of my like, 25 smokes per day on a good day. I thought it helped me with stress and kept me entretained.... its all brainwashing. Smoking puts your body through more stress and there is nothing entertaining about it!
Two years ago an ex smoker told me about a book called "Easy way to quit smoking" by Allen Carr. I didnt wnat to listen because i even more brainwashed thinking i like smoking (HOW STUPID) i hated the taste and the smell.... (dont lie to yourself, you hate it too)!!! so just over a week ago i decided i will read that book because i know a lot of people wh read it and quit.... well when i started reading i was sceptic, half way through the book i got scared that i will quit and my brainwashed head started panicing....3 quaters through the book i was jumping and was "swallowing" the pages because i couldnt wait to finish reading the book so i can quit. This book is amazing, its written by a smoker who went from 100 smokes a day to 0 without problems.
I havent had any problems quiting, the most amazing thing about the book is that it askes you to SMOKE while you are quiting (reading the book)!!!
