Its now day two of my journey to become a non-smoker.
Yesterday was a very good day for me to start, i can recall only 3 cravings, two whilst i was at work and the other last night after dinner. BUT i didnt smoke. I had the help of my nicabate minis at work but i didnt want to rely on them while i was at home. I took a deep breath, read some facts about the benefits of not smoking and the craving went away. It lasted a bit longer than normal but i resisted and beat the craving :)
I was a bit disappointed in my friend though, he wanted to go to my friends place (who smoke in the house) and i didnt wanna go cause it would tempt me to smoke, and it seemed like he didnt support me that much because he was like "you know u want to..." and yeah. But i said no and reframed from smoking.
I woke up feeling really good about today and i hope that i can increase my willpower even more and get that one step closer to becoming a non-smoker :)
