Woohoo! It has been 349 days since I gave up smoking.  After 4 failed attempts over the years to give up, I am so pleased to be finally free from it.

To those that are just starting out - good luck, and keep trying.

How long did it take for you before the cravings mostly went away? They say it takes about 2 months and they are mostly gone...

I am on day 50 cold turkey. I crave 4 - 5 times a day for less than 1 minute each time. Us you would know, it gets so much easier.

Thanks Kam! I am pretty sure that I am now a non-smoker forever. Oddly, I am less stressed than I used to be, and I enjoy everything so much more, instead of constantly planning how and when I would have my next cigarette.

Congratulations, almost a year, that is fantastic! Hope I will be able to say the same in about 11 months! Keep it up! Great job!
