33 days off nicotine now! My worst crave is no longer waking up, instead it is while playing video games. I can wake up without thinking cigi now which is wonderful. While playing video games I got used to lighting up and I am missing this.
I have been substituting with junk food and I have put back on the weight which is a bloody shame. But, oh well, that is better than smoking!
I'm aiming for 2 months so I'm over the half way mark! 2 months because most people say that's how long it takes. Those that have quit say they craved for 2 months. So I figure I'll be one of those who need 2 months to mostly get over the crave. It will never completely go away the craving but I only think about cigi's occasionally now. Maybe 5 times a day I think about smoking which is way better than every 5 minutes like it was when first starting out with the detox!!
It truly gets easier as time progresses. If your a cigi smoker then I say you can quit too! Really! If I can do it then so can you! I feel so much better and healthy! And the savings of $$$!!!
