100 days! 100 days without nicotine, 100 days of healthier lungs. Yes, its been 100 days since i puffed on the last cigarette. Pretty darn proud of myself. Now cravings are much less, and only really hit me when i am stressed. I really wish I had done this sooner!!!

I havent been taking the champix for a few weeks now and my sleep pattern has returned to normal.  Lovign the freedom that not being a smoker brings!  For those of you struggling...keep at it...The struggle is worth it in the end!!!

So happy for you and I can't wait to achieve what you have. I'm only 25 days with a couple of slip ups! But still feel strong to stay quit. Thank you for your encouragement :)
