Yay I did it

Posted in Quit experiences 10 Mar 2014

Hi, I'm back for the fourth time.  I went to quit a few months ago but failed once again. I wasn't coming back here until I had quit and today it has been twelve days.  I had a big fight with hubby as usual over him not wanting me to smoke also for medical reasons.  I told him to let me have one last pack and give me three a day which he did. These three I would smoke a half of each and over that week it helped me cut back.  I even had a friend over who nearly chain smokes, I felt so proud looking at all her butts in the ashtray to my none. I still have cravings but distract myself and forget about it.  The first  one to five days I was really moody but that has lifted now which makes it easier.   A big hi to converse xx

My partner still smokes evrywhere except in mny car and I do not find that it annoys me. I quit using hypnotherapy so I have to assume that the post hypnotic suggestions working here. I would dearly love to see her quit but she has to be ready nobody can force it on you. If the fight with your husband was tne incentive you needed then that is good but what you really need now is his support and understanding in order to be successful. GOOD LUCK KEEP UP THE GOOD FIGHT!
