South Eastern Sydney

Today is the day

Posted in Getting started 31 Jan 2014

Day 1 of my life changing journey.  Have my journal at hand with all my affirmations, reasons, goals, etc - have pages printed out from online quit kit posted up all around the house.  Kids have been forewarned that I'm probably going to be a bit narky for a few days .... giving up both cigs and alcohol (HelloSundayMorning).  I'm actually quite excited (but it is only 11 am).  :)

Everything will be fine Jenph68 fortunately most of us here have (been there done that) day 1 thing and are still here so keep posting and reading posts, keep busy is the best thing I found but it's about what helps you not smoke anymore so enjoy the journey it's good all the best.

    Jenph68, you beauty!!! Another WINNER!!!!
A lifetime journey starts with the first step. You have take that first step. Congratulations!! The kids will be fine, they will survive and learn. If you stumble do not worry about it. Remember back to riding a bike. How many times did you fall off when learning? I fell lots of times but learnt to ride.
