Nic succeed

Well today I have hit the two week mark. It hasn't been easy but I have just taken it one day at a time. I have found drinking water really helpful and this has helped in replacing the smokes for food.

i am so sick of even thinking about smoking, I've been here too many times. I have to keep reminding myself that just one will mean I have to start AGAIN. that's just not gonna happen, I will stay determined and strong!

    Hi Nic succeed, so good to see you here, and going strong. I think the third week, which you are facing now is the hardest. Get through it, one day at a time, just buy yourself time with the cravings. One week, one day at a time and you're laughing. Well done and keep posting!
