Hi everyone, thank you all so much for your support, normally I would have had more smokes after my slip up but it's thanks to everyone's kind words that I am still off. Sometimes l feel I may have been more of a habit than addicted smoker, I smoked around 20 a day and having food eg in the car or on work breaks I seem to be ok, I don't get a lot of cravings but when I do I distract myself. Does anyone else feel it was more habit?
