To all those quitters who are in the very early stages - KEEP GOING cause it does get easier!!! And that's coming from someone who never ever thought that quitting was an option cause I thought it would be too hard!!! It's been 3 weeks and it really does get easier each and every day. Having a smoke is no longer the thing that rules my mind anymore, I certainly have cravings but I'm getting used to dealing with them, which is absolutely amazing. I would recommend taking a nicotine replacement therapy as I couldn't have done it without them. So have faith and don't give up on quitting.
