Here it is 76 days smoke free, $2,200 in front and feeling so fit and well I am dead-set dangerous.  I know I say it every time I stop and think about it, I would never have thought it possible but I have done it!  I do not feel at risk of smoking, others smoking does not worry me I feel strong and determined to keep going.  I rarely even think about smoking anymore.

I am in my mid 50’s and had nearly 40 years’ experience as a smoker and was smoking 35 to 40 full strength cigarettes, Camel, a day.  So if a dedicated and experienced smoker like me can do it I am sure anybody can, you just have to be committed and find the right method that works for you.  Keep on quitting!

Wow John, this gives me SUCH hope! I am only on my 9th day and have been running everyday for the last 4 days 1.6kms and I feel so fit and well already I feel dangerous! I wasn't not such a seasoned smoker as you non the less every cig is so detrimental to your health!

Thanks for the confidence that I can keep this up, clean eating and changing my whole routine!

Congratulations on 76 days that's amazing!!!

Hi John, Wonderful on your 76 days, I can't wait to get there as I am only on day 6. I am going cold turnky for the second time which seems to work better for me than the NRT's. My biggest obstacle is mental, I find this so emotionally draining!! Any way John I hope you are still doing well, good on you :)
