Today is the day

Posted in Getting started 16 Jul 2013

So, today is the day, DAY 1 of quitting smoking for the 2nd time! I'm feeling positive, haven't had a craving yet, although the drive to work I did think about it, but that quickly passed. I am not a very heavy smoker, non the less, I want to get fit and start saving those penny's to get myself overseas, and what better way to start saving that extra $60-100 a week that I would blow up in smoke.... I'm feeling anxious as I don't know what the rest of the day holds, but I'm strong and I have a goal - keep my eye on the prize.....

Hey Sicajes, stay positive and go for it. Well done for making the decision to stop. Change of routine has helped me heaps this time. One day at a time, before you know you'll be a week down going for two.
You know $1000 will get you to Fiji for a week.
