Day II

Its my second day, today is a little easier than yesterday. i feel pretty tired around the eyes and feel like im missing out on leaving the office for a smoke, but i dont miss the smoking itself.

Taking it one day at a time, drinking plenty of water and keeping myself busy. i feel like im a lot warmer than i should, but i also might be getting sick :-/

Hope everyone is still powering along as smoothly as possible :)

    hey mate.i dont think your getting sick its just the mind playing tricks on careful soon u will get a hundred excuses why u should start again trust me its a trick.dont give in and good luck.

    30 hrs for me Titan.. I was told every time you have a craving have some citrus fruit, I have cut about 3 oranges up today and slithered them into 8s.. air tight container , and taken with me to work today.. This is going to be my new habit for a while. Its now after dinner and normal time for a smoke... We need to remember its a HABIT we need to break! so lol i had a tangelo (more citrus) Stay positive ... I am :)

    Im on Zyban which is helping. i have soothers at work to help with cravings, although i dont think i get cravings, more the feeling of wanting to go outside for a smoke.
    But still going strong. i cant wait for the nicotine to leave my body, i feel like its making my body tired.
