My last and Final.. I am now a NON SMOKER!

Ok i was here in March 13  and failed!

But today is my new I CAN QUIT day, I have been 6 hrs as a non smoker, Again i have gone back and had hypnosis. All in all I dont think it has done too much.. Willpower and determination

I will defeat all cravings and will get me through the first week ! and the next and the next..

    Don't put one in your mouth and you will be fine - each crave will be less and less and soon it will all be over. You are not alone in your desire to be off them.

    Cravings last 40 seconds, go and do something for about 3 minutes and the cravings will stop. Sit in a different spot when you have your cuppa outside, basically change the way you do things. This is a good thing to do as it makes you think of other things. It worked for me, Keep it up, as moremoney says keep posting and keep reading, way to go

    I think i am doing ok.. its been 29 hrs.. and still feel good and positive..Eating citrus fruit, every craving i am getting i am eating a slither of orange/tangelo.. I AM A NON SMOKER :)
