Stay calm & stay focused

Hi All, When in a stressful situation, try & remain calm & instead of this of smoking, fake a few deep breaths & think about a holiday at an erotic island for a few minutes.

    Winnebago...yes, the deep breaths help. At the moment I'm very emotionally vulnerable and coping with adult bullying at this age mind you,so for the present am avoiding such situations until I'm on top of things better.
    Glad to read someone with similar thoughts. Good encouragement.

    dr oz says when exhaling the deep breath purse your lips and breath past you toung it creates a cooling down of the whole body temp and is supposed to be good for stress alleiviation ?.,#
