    Ain't that the truth!

    We experimented, got addicted and were subsequently brainwashed to think quitting had to be hard. Cravings do not last years, a memory may pop up on occasion, but is not a threat. Cravings are mere thoughts and we can turn our minds from them and continue on. .

    Nicotine is NOT a miracle drug. It does not solve problems, anxiety or health issues nor is it a friend in any way. Nicotine is the addiction, and smoking is the physiological habit. We make excuses to smoke to save face, We can quit when we make up our minds to. When we CHOOSE to change we can.

    Embrace the quit and be Proud. Be FREE!
