Hi guys.. hope you doing well.. I'm pleased to share with you that I'm 2 (by words: TWO) years smoke free.. I did it!

I can confirm I'm non smoker and be next to smoking guys doing nothing to me except feeling relief that I do not have to smoke! I'm very happy that I was able to quit smoking, I still find it as something unbelievable..

I do not come here often anymore, but I saw many new comers who are on begining of they ways to freedom, and I believe that you will be also successful in getting yourself to stage that you will be free and proud of yourself.. You know, life is short, and to get of it as much as possible, you need to be free, you need to have control of it and not to be lead by dependance.. I'm a big fan of every one, who find strenght to change its life and fight against smoking.. you can do it, and you will do it, just do not give up..

Ok, back to me.. :) I found many advantages when I quit smoking which changed my life.. The best one I'm much relaxed.. I feel free.. I'm happy.. and happyness is meaning of life for me..

I'm thankful to be a part of this family, where we can help to each other.. Without this forum, I won't be successful..

My main short term goal was 1year and the long term 1.000 days.. Now I'm slowly reaching it, which is incredible awesome.. :)

My plan feom begining was to post here every week, then to have 10th post on 100th day, afterthat post every month until 1 year, then post every quater of the year until 2 years and now to post every half of the year until 4 years and then just one time in year, every each year..

Keep going guys, you can do it!

How wonderful to hear of your success Matik_one, and to give hope to others. Such wise advise, but you spelled my name wrong, HappIness with an i , when you said happyness is the meaning of life for you. lol. I had quit prior to joining this particular forum, and hence choose the name Happiness to express my feelings on joining the ranks of being a non-smoker. I can only hope to enable others to also achieve this. As we well know Matik_one, anyone can quit smoking with the right tools and especially the right mindset. I also encourage people like yourself to drop in on occasion to be thankful and remember NOPE. No need to write every time, but the forum is like a newspaper and needs new stories , we need to support each other and show that quitting smoking is not a dream but a reality.

Looking forward to hearing from you again soon !
