I’ve smoked for 26 years but realised that it’s never too late to quit. I can’t wait to start my quit journey on NRT.

    Welcome RebelUsh.

A wonderful attitude goes a long way in this choice of change.

No one wishes they smoked and no one who quits smoking regrets it.
It is the fear of thought of quitting that stop most in their tracks. Those who even stumble upon this site are braver than most. We hope that by seeing our success, others will believe in themselves as well. We are stronger than nicotine. We are drug addicts albeit legal ones. We did not CHOOSE to smoke until we died. But we got addicted and made excuses and are now ready to CHOOSE to quit and better our lives. We CAN do this like millions of others.
Doing something that we want to do is always easier than making excuses and putting off what we do not want to do. I love the attitude that you are bringing to the table. Keep up the positive thoughts and you will be rewarded immensely.
