It surprises me that you are still having issues after all this time. I really don't see how it can be related to quitting smoking.
If I may ask, .....how do you feel about the free time, and the satisfaction and pride of doing what you set out to do. Do you enjoy any of it or is it all overshadowed by the pains? Quitting smoking is a mindset as well as a physical change. Are you happy about any of it?" Or are you just abstaining and enduring?

You should be feeling some physical benefits by this time. You should certainly feel proud of yourself and confident that you can do anything that you set out to do. Congratulations on your year and a half of smobriety.(An Awesome word!)

Hello yes good questions Happiness, I am curious as well, surely you must have some huge benefits by now from quitting. I am sorry to hear of you having pain though, but I seriously doubt the pain comes from quitting smoking, as smoking does nothing positive for your mind, body or organs my friend. Take care, and keep us posted

Hello Verydifficult. Sounds like you are going through a bad time. I'm in agreement with the others that smoking only gives positive things, not negative. I hope you can get to the bottom of your issues, but in the meantime, congratulations for STAYING a non-smoker. My thoughts are with you!
