Sorry to hear of your troubles ellies, but you have come to the right place for help.

Whilst you have three very good reasons to quit smoking, please read on to find the DESIRE to quit smoking rather than feeling that you are forced into something. CHOOSING to quit smoking makes it much easier, just like anything else in life.

Freedom is a large part of the drive here. Once we understand that we did not choose to smoke, as it was an ADDICTION, and we felt trapped. Society also encouraged up to smoke decades ago. Smokers said that they enjoyed it, so they must and so must I. What I really liked was taking those puffs before the cravings could catch me . So one before I did anything as not to be interrupted and of course one after as my reward for a job well done. How we even came to believe the brainwashing! We had to defend ourselves for our foolish decision to keep smoking......we could not look stupid.....we chose to smoke and enjoyed it! Who is anyone to tell me what to do?

Yet, NICOTINE has us running scared when we find the DESIRE to quit. We are stronger than nicotine, and can quit that addiction. The psychological part of the quit is longer. It has become an ingrained habit and we had come to believe that it helped in stress, in concentration, in social gatherings, in celebrations, in grief........face it, it is not a miracle is an addiction and you are an addict albeit legal. How does that make you feel?

Cravings are but thoughts. Don't let them get to you. Cravings mean that that nicomonster is at our mercy, begging to be fed. He will die. We emerge victorious and free! Better health, wealth, respect for ourselves, confidence, pride and the list goes on.
No one really chooses to smoke, but we can CHOOSE to take back our llives.

Think differently about smoking. Quitting can even be easy when in the right mindset. After all, no one chooses to smoke. forever.....
