3 Weeks smoke Free

Posted in Staying quit 08 Aug 2021

As I unwrap the 4th week dose of Champix - i feel so proud that today I have completed 3 weeks smoke free. I would say it was not that tough for me - I always thought smoking was my life and I would never be able to quit but these past 3 weeks have been so nice. I did feel a craving here and there sometimes but I managed to stay away. For all those who are in this journey with me - keep tyring and you shall succeed.

Hi Quit-Raj. Congratulations on your 3 weeks smoke free! I'm glad it was easy for you. It is actually getting easier for me as time goes on. Keep up the good work!

Congratulations Quit Raj, Champix worked for me, albeit half a dose, time to let go of the Champix, work out your strategies, and practice NOPE (not one puff ever) every day. Well done!

    Great :)
Just be prepared to keep your resolve, when the Champix is out of your system.
The idea of Champix or Zyban, etc. is to help you stay off the cigarettes, so that YOU can quit. In many cases, the end of Champix is a return to smoking. Be ready to take control, and really Quit, when the time comes.. :)
Once the want for a smoke is gone, there is no need for NOPE :)
