I am back and I feel fine! I've had some urges but I remind myself they are only thoughts. It's all in the mind. I worked hard to change my mindset. Read and viewed about all the bad stuff smoking does and drilled it into my head. It does absolutely nothing for me. Also read these great posts about how awesome it is once a non-smoker. Thank you all for your posts. I know it's only day 5 so I don't want to get too ahead of myself.
