This is my 15th day smoke free. I’ve had a few health issues and just want to be healthy. First 3 days were depressing and weird cause I usually love my cigarette with my tea in the morning and after meals. But I stopped tea for a while so I won’t get tempted. Cold turkey is the way I’ve chosen to go. As each day passes it gets a little easier. It’s just getting out of that routine I was used to. When I feel like I miss the cigarette’s I just think of how fresh my mouth feels and that deters me.
