The title of my "Hint or Tip Title" is the time/date that i stopped smoking. I just finished reading Allen Carr's Easy Way To Stop Smoking and have made the concious decision that i am now a non-smoker.
I dont enjoy smoking, and havent for a long time. i have had success in other quit attempts, but have taken it back up over stupid reasons. I guess i use to label myself as an "Emotional Smoker". My emotional reaction to certain situations use to cause to want a smoke, along with the normal "Smoke and alcohol go hand-in-hand". im not thinking like that anymore. I am now a NON-SMOKER.
I know what makes me believe i want a smoke (the addiction, cause its definately not the taste of them) and i refuse to fall for it this time.
Looking forward to staying smoke free.
