Posted in Staying quit 03 Jun 2021

I can say after quitting 491 days ago that giving up is a lot easier than I ever though it would be. Good luck it only gets better:)

I am so glad to hear someone else say that they found quitting smoking easier than they anticipated.
Congratulations on your freedom Des Rafter. Once we make up our minds and make a stand , it all falls into place. Simply making it the first and foremost desire with no and if's or buts.
We have had years of brainwashing. When our beliefs are stripped away, we can see how smoking actually did nothing for us, we can desire change. We can desire to keep our money, our health and our freedom . We see others doing it, and so there is the belief instilled that anyone can quit smoking. We can maybe even start to believe that it can be EASY.

We may have to work towards any goals in life, but they are goals that we work happily to achieve. The rewards are great. We do not fear, we DESIRE.

    FEAR...Forget EXCUSES....Accept Reality.....Smoking does Nothing!!!!!
Quitting smoking can even be easier than you thought.
As we know, it is all in the mind.
