Help - I'm Day 30 and all I can think about is a smoke

Well I'm actually day 29, have been doing well, have not had a smoke at all, 3 weeks killed me, but now I'm just craving one, can't stop thinking about it, and I feel like I've lost my best friend.............  I so do not want to fail, but I so do just want that ciggie............

When does it get to the stage that it is not torture.................  This is killing me!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm wondering if because I'm doing it cold turkey that is the problem of craving??............

I'm trying so hard to stay strong....................

    it gets easier day by day it is easy just don't put a cigarette in your mouth, try not to think about it if cold turkey is to hard for you try another method there are a lot of ways to quit, well all the best and stay strong.

    my hardest was the first 3 weeks but it still was a struggle but it will get easier day by day as dr feelgood said. i found that the longer i went without one the more determind that i was not going to have one , you can do it i smoked a pack a day and went cold turkey so if i can you can stay busy and think of something else.

    Be strong, giving up smoking is the best thing you can do. Time to get rid of that old friend and never contact them again. i have been were you are now and never want to return.

    Hi,obviously you are struggling,their is a book written by Allen Carr,it is called easy way to stop smoking.It may open up your mind & make you realise you are missing out on nothing,hope this helps!!!
