I have realised I have passed 8 months smoke free. I am bloody proud of myself. I have done it w through covid and losing my marriage and the life I knew. It has made me realise I am a strong woman. And proud of myself. It makes me feel good to be able to share that with my I can quit family. I proud of the woman I have become. You can do it too.

As a member of this family you are absolutely brilliant, well done my girl! NOPE (not one puff ever). Keeps you free from the hold that cigarettes (nicotine) has over you and gives you the money to succeed in living the life you want to. Go for happiness we are all with you, stay proud and strong.

We are women , we are strong. Good for you for having your own mind and doing what is right for you. Be proud. Be happy. You are worth it.
Taking quitting smoking by the horns and building that self confidence is only the first step in self belief. Quitting smoking or anything else that you see as a challenge that you can undertake.

You are awesome and a true inspiration to others.
