0h no I slipped

Pls help. I'd done really well no ciggies for 2 days then found one in my car this morning. Damn it I smoked it. I feel so bad and so disappointed with myself. How do you stop that 1st thing in the morning habit ????

    So you were half asleep.

    Lol. ....that's a good one. It is the subconscious that plays the devil with us for sure.
    So you clean out the car, old jackets etc so that you don't find any more surprises. It's a new day and a new adventure. You can do this. You know you. Make it happen. Think positive.

    What i did was i start qoek at 7.30 so I stayed in bed that bit longer came on this site and was reading the stories here which give me motivation for the day.
    I would them get up bed have a quick cup of tea and out the door to work.
    So I basically shorten my time in the morning to think about a smoke.
    Be positive you can do this. Change your routine if you have to find what works for you.
    We have to discipline ourselves to no we don not smoke any more.
    I have the same problem in the morning 1st thing I think of is a smoke but I won't let it win

    I tried, thinking of how many joys I had during my day, and practiced NOPE before I went to sleep. I woke up happy that I did not smoke anymore. Try it, it won't hurt.
