Many times

Posted in Quit experiences 07 Mar 2021

I have tried multiple times to give up and always feel back into it. I have taken a massive step mentally to make this time work by getting in the best place I can before giving up for good. I have put away money each week as I cut down in smokes each week. Seeing my partner struggle to give up because I was still smoking has hurt the most as she needs to so she can have surgery to get her in a much better place

You have good reason to quit smoking, but you have to find the WANT to succeed. Your partner will have better results because she is doing it for herself. Kudos to you for wanting to make it easier for her.
She is probably feeling resentful and having to do this in order to get surgery. It is all much easier and doable when you DESIRE to be a non-smoker more than you want to smoke. You will not crave want you don't want.

Read our stories, learn and BELIEVE that you can both quit smoking.

Open your eyes to the reality of being addicted to smoking. Admit to yourself that you are a slave to a little tube of tobacco. Then, you can make that smoke something you simply do NOT WANT, instead of something you can't have. It can be as easy as you make it. You both, CAN do this :)
