Hi everyone! It's my first time posting! I recently just hit my 6 month cigarette-free mark (yay!). For 3 months now(since 3 months of no cigarettes) I've had left side abdominal pain and heart burn. It's not excruciating, but I'm always aware of it. The heart burn is the worst. Every now and then I get a day where I hardly notice the pain, but it always comes back full force. I had blood work done last week and my white cells are normal, liver and kidney function normal, neg for h.pylori etc. Anyone else have this issue? I really don't want to spend more money at the doctor😭 thanks in advance everyone!

How is your circulation? I recall reading something or someone having pains due to vibrations, like a jackhammer but it was not on this site. Riding lawn mowers and such...and it affects the vascular system. You might want to look into it. Acid reflux is mainly due to a reaction to something that you are eating and there ore OTC products to ease that of course.

Congratulations 6 months quit is a great milestone. Be proud, be positive. Things will get better .
