Just wanted to ask how everyone's experience like when they quit from week to week.

Let's get this out of the way, im 35 year old male and I was a heavy energy caffeine drinker. I used to drink 2-3 160z can of energy drink daily. As my driving job was coming to an end, I kinda slowed down on the energy drink.

Anyways, on New Years Eve of 2021, I was rushed to the ER for a rapid heartbeat of 180 BPM. The doctor couldn't find anything wrong after running the EKG and blood test so they sent me home. All the said was I had Sinus Tachycardia. That episode scared me so I quit drinking energy drink completely as well as smoking.

However, I'm going on my 3rd week of no smoking and I'm having these weird feeling through out my body. I feel like I'm bubbly inside my stomach. I can feel bubbles moving in and around. I can't sleep at night. I'll wake up I here and there, toss and turn all night. I will have shortness of breath here and there. Anxiety and panic attack occasionally. I would think it's because of my Sinus Tachycardia but the doctor said there's nothing wrong with my heart.

So j started doing research and I found this site and I have read some people have somewhat similar problems but I figure I'll make an account and ask the questions myself. Just wanna know if anyone have any similar symptoms going on their 3rd week of quitting.

Thank you in advance.

Diet is the likely cause. Research dopamine and find ways to replace it. My blood pressure plummeted when I ate chia seeds on meds for high blood pressure. It made the meds work too good! Too much of anything is not good and those energy drinks spell trouble.

Exercise relieves tension, stress, uplifts your mood and helps relieve anxiety and helps one to sleep. Hope this helps. Stick with it.....Time heals.

Definately relating to the panic attacks and stomach issues. Day 62 here and are wishing these pains would go away. I dont have any craving which is a good thing
I though i was going insane and with all the side effects i was beginning to think there was something seriously wrong with me. After trips to the hospital and bloods done everything has come back fine.
I found this site and it was a relief to see i am not the only one having these issues.
I am really trying to eat healthy, breathing exercises to help with the anxiety. Will update you on day 90 and let you know if things have got easier but at the moment i feel like i am going insane
