Hair band snap

2 days with 0 smokes. Wearing a hair band on my wrist every time I think about a cigarette, I snap the band on my wrist and it diverts my thoughts. Also breathing in and exhaling deeply.

    I’m at 32 days myself, and it does get a lot easier as time passes

    What ever works Abby. Why not? We tie a string around our finger to remember something, If a band on the wrist reminds you of better things to do and of dreams to come then it is your special key to freedom! Keep staying strong and determined. It is so worth it!

    The new discipline and changes you make are all beneficial to your committment to remain smoke free. Another trick is to keep saying to yourself or writing things down that help you especialy NOPE (not one puff ever) this will also help your resolve long term. Keep on going we are all on your side well done.
