I have finally decided to quit smoking! If i don’t do it now it will never happen. I am 27 years old and have been smoking for about 8 years now. As well as quitting smoking i need to attempt to change all my bad habits where i will drink wine and smoke and this has become something i look forward to a little bit too much.
If anyone has any tips for me on how to break this habit please share!! I am only on day 2 and already nervous that i cant do it.
