Feel fit and free from smokes

I joined gym classes in july and have lost 11kg.

I feel stronger and fitter than i have for years BUT i know i can do more if i am not short of breath. I am going in fittness chalkenge in march and unless i quit smoking i will slow the team down. That is my incentive to quit. Plus save $$$

    Let me say Happy New Year to everyone on this site, and a special happy new year to you Rodcandoit. Of course you can do it. The only thing I need to stress on you is that once the deadline of March is over what will your brain be telling you then. You will need a Mantra of sorts to help you every day we have one ready made for you that works NOPE (not one puff ever) this needs to be written or said to yourself every day, especially after your deadline. Keep in touch and let us know how you are going and what NRT you are using if any. Of course you can do it.

    It is great that you want to do it for the team, but we have to want it! You may justify continuing smoking if you are not the weakest link......
    Desire the change for YOU! You have already proven that you can change. I know personally how hard it is to lose that kind of weight. We have to look at food 3 times a day. It is not an addiction, but a necessity!
    We have learned self control and the ability to make better choices. We have the mindset, the positive thinking and the desire. We CAN do what we put our minds to.....
