I have crossed my day 100 and am on day 103 today. I feel so happy to be a part of this community as it has played a very important role in helping me stay quit. I ma now confident to make other healthy changes in life. As we approach new year I want to take w long break from alcohol consumption. Though the amount of consumption has come down since I stopped smoking I want to stop it completely. I intend to continue with my meditation and fitness plans.
