Awesome news on both counts. Congratulations on succeeding with changing your life for the better. No one ever regrets quitting smoking. Any hardships do ease off the disappear over time. Embracing the quit rather than enduring a quit is the difference. No one should regret going after what they really want and in the end is is well worth the effort!

So happy for you Janno, 90 days is no mean feat, you will have learnt a lot along the way about yourself and how to keep upbeat during certain outside conditions intruding in on your life. Good luck with your new job, there is no need to feel you have to hide your smoking addiction now so I hope you keep this paramount. Remember extra money can be put towards something worthwhile for yourself, be it a new item or a weekend away locally if you want. Keep yourself actively interested in your work and new lifestyle NOPE (not one puff ever)
