Hi. I have been smoking for past 5 years. I want to quit badly. I have 1 pack remaining. After that I am not going to get any cigarette. Could any one has any tips on how to deal with cravings. That would be great help. Thanks

    Hello and welcome.
    You didn't leave yourself much time to learn the ropes to make a success of quitting. First off you need to WANT to quit. Having to isn't the same thing. Read and learn about the mindset involved in quitting nicotine and accepting your future as a non-smoker. Quitting can be easy . We are here to help. I don't want to see you quit quitting after you barely start. Congratulations on a great decision. Be patient, be prepared and be able to think positive!

    Deal with each craving as they come, they dont last long. Deep breaths and very positive thinking.
